I graduated from Wellington College in 2016 and got married the same year. Since then the good Lord has blessed us with 2 beautiful daughters.
Throughout my practice as an RMT I’ve learned the importance of developing healthy movement in our daily life. I care deeply about peoples’ longevity and believe our bodies are designed with everything they need to improve themselves. No matter how old or out of shape we are, we can make simple course corrections now that can generate great positive change.
I use many approaches in my treatments, such as fascia work, cranial sacral, pregnancy, and postpartum, scar tissue work.
I love working with wrists/hands, feet/ankles, TMJ/headaches, and everything in between.
I love learning new things and sharing those concepts with my clients, so be ready for some weird advice and fun analogies!
